Daniel C. Cogdell, a Texas cattle and cotton baron with ties to the railroad originally built this craftsman-style home after his 22-room Victorian mansion burned to the ground in 1905.
The Iron Horse Inn originally opened as a bed and breakfast in 1992, but recently underwent a meticulous 7-month restoration, restoring much of the original architecture, while incorporating upgrades designed to provide guests with comfort and luxury.
