After seven months of extensive restoration work, the Iron Horse Inn re-opened in the Spring of 2013. The Iron Horse Inn is an exquisite example of the Craftsman and Mission architectural style. The new owners, Don and Diana McBride, have taken every effort to maintain the integrity of the era while melding it with 21st century living.
The 7,000 square foot historic main house was completely renovated and restored. Each room was carefully designed and planned to provide comfort and privacy for guests.
In addition to the house restoration, the grounds have been completely landscaped and the center of the property boasts a 400 year old live oak, numerous pecan trees, and plenty of space to hold various events.
